This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website (www.westyn.co.in) or mobile application (Westyn). By making a purchase with us, you agree to comply with this Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
1.1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: You may return products that are damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our customer support team within three days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.

1.2. Unworn and Unwashed Items: For reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items with their original tags and packaging within [number of days] days of delivery.

Return Process:

2.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return authorization process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

2.3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original condition and include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

2.4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is delivered to us safely. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

2.5. Once return is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.

Inspection and Refund:
3.1. Inspection: Once picked up it usually takes 8-10 working days (sometimes earlier) for the return to reach our warehouse. Our team will perform QC within 24-48 hours. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund.

3.2. Refund Process: If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. PAYMENTS MADE WITH COD OPTION WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE OR  SAME AMOUNT OF ORDER IN YOUR WALLET, WHICH YOU CAN USE ANYTIME IN FUTURE.

3.3. Non-Refundable Items: Any items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this Return Policy will not be refunded, and we will contact you to arrange the return shipping back to you. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

Exchange Policy:
4.1. Exchanges for Size or Color: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item(s) according to this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item(s).

4.2. Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

4.3. Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

4.4. Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage  will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss  no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.

International Returns:
